in other words, you let me know how much you want to spend and what characters or idea you had in mind, and i can get back to you to discuss what you can get for the money you want to spend, whether it be a sketch, colored sketch, lined + flats, fully cg'd, etc! the price can be as little or as much as you want.
once you let me know you're okay with the quality, you send payment and i will get to work.
